Privacy Policy

Effective March 1, 2026 · Last updated August 31, 2026

Argo is designed around a permissioned Home record. This policy explains what 42gen Co. d/b/a Argo collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email, password credentials in protected form, role, and session information. You may provide property addresses, transaction details, inspection reports, photographs, videos, receipts, warranties, contracts, messages, inventory, projects, contacts, and other Home records. We also receive basic device, browser, request, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Argo.
  • Create and maintain the Home graph, transaction workspaces, inventory, documents, and generated analysis.
  • Authenticate users, enforce roles and ownership, prevent abuse, and support account requests.
  • Communicate about the service and respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.

3. Artificial intelligence processing

Argo uses artificial intelligence and other automated models to analyze information you submit and generate structured records, planning estimates, explanations, and drafts. These outputs can be wrong and should be reviewed. We do not use customer Home content to train general-purpose models by default. If an optional improvement or research program changes that, we will describe it and request permission where required.

4. How information is shared

We share information with vendors that process data for hosting, storage, security, communications, and AI functionality under service agreements; with people you authorize through a Home, transaction, project, or share flow; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Optional marketing sharing remains off unless enabled and may be opted out through the controls below.

5. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect users. Retention varies by record type and account relationship. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information and may appeal certain decisions. Account settings provide access and deletion functions for supported records. Shared Home records may remain available to another authorized owner. Contact privacy@askargo.com for a privacy request.

7. Cookies and privacy choices

Essential cookies and local storage support sign-in, security, and saved choices. Optional analytics and marketing storage are disabled by default in the current experience unless you choose otherwise. Use the controls below to review or change the preferences saved on this device.

8. Children and changes

Argo is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required.
